Our development department is engaged in creating their own designs based on material supplied by the customer. We use innovative solutions with regard to lifelong containers. During this process, however, we still respect the requirements and standards of the customer (VW, Nissan, TPCA, Hyundai and others). We take the manufacturability and affordability of the final product into account when developing new containers. The demands of ergonomics also form an important aspect of this development.
Our design team uses CAD (CAD soft) from AUTODESK (Autodesk Inventor Professional 2014) to create its designs; ANSYS DESIGN SPACE (AI) is the tool we use to calculate static and dynamic properties; we work with the formats STP, IGS, CATPART; data transfer is done through FTP or the customer’s portal. The team consists of five qualified designers with many years of experience in the field.
We are able to present the first design within five working days. Development includes producing a prototype in a very short time, thanks to conversion to 2D and 3D CAD. We output our design documentation in PDF format, including BOM. We are able to deliver static and dynamic numbers upon request. The data is exported to catia.
Other systems we use include CAD TUBE for producing different profiles using CNC.
Our short turnover time is one of our big advantages over the competition.
